Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time; late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or cancellation.
Cancellations & Changes
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no-shows incur the full menu charge per guest. To cancel or modify, call (415) 555-0126.
Party Size
Maximum party size is 4 guests per reservation. For larger groups, please contact us directly about private dining options.
Dietary Restrictions
We accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions with 72 hours advance notice. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. No substitutions are made at the counter.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or disrespectful to our staff or other guests. Photography is permitted for personal use only; no flash, tripods, or video recording.
Pricing
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuity is not included; a 20% service charge is added to parties of 4 or more.
Limitation of Liability
Umi Omakase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit or reservation. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
